Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 3-5 days for processing once the returned jewelry is received. Please note that custom-made pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
